Weddings

• Arrive Friday for a rehearsal dinner and setting up followed by a bonfire and some river fun. Spend the night in our cabin.
• Saturday the wedding and fun on the river with your wedding party and limited number of guest. Spend the night in our cabin.
• Sunday clean up and breakdown.

We have enjoyed helping with numerous weddings here at The Edge and look forward to helping you make your ceremony and the days before and after a special time for everyone in your wedding party.

Our grounds are beautifully landscaped and groomed, yet offer that unique riverfront landscape that is so spellbounding that you will scarcely notice the lawn. We have a lovely gazebo situated in the shade beneath old growth trees with a view a the river behind it.

Our pavilion is large and offers caterers a wonderful place to set up thier tables if they wish. Or the grounds in front of the cabin are also flat and large enough to accommodate a tent of 40′ and larger.

The extra cost for the wedding package is to cover the large amount of foot and vehicle traffic on the grounds. To entertain your guest on the river. It also covers the extra trash accumulated, and destruction of any property.

At New River’s Edge all the goodies are included and your stay is private and personal. Our water toys, personal playground, lodge and of course the beautiful New River are at your disposal for the length of your stay. All Inclusive.

Our goal is to provide good old fashioned fun in a safe and friendly environment. No drugs, no foul language, no littering and catch and release of small mouth bass. Please Respect & Protect the New River, police the river of your litter and fishing line.
